These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SwiftHost.vip’s hosting services (“Services”), so please read them carefully before using the Services.
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.
1. Description of Services
SwiftHost.vip provides web hosting services, domain registration, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees specified in the order form for the Services you select. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable. SwiftHost.vip may suspend or terminate the Services if fees are not paid on time.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in strict accordance with SwiftHost.vip’s Refund Policy. We do not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated under our official refund terms. Customers are eligible for a refund only if their request complies with the criteria outlined in the refund policy.
No refunds will be provided for domain registrations, setup fees, or any additional services outside the scope of the eligible hosting packages. All refund requests must be submitted through the support portal and are subject to review and approval.

Billing Process
Billing for the Services will occur on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. SwiftHost.vip will automatically renew your Services at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your Services before the renewal date.
You can manage your billing and payment information through your account dashboard on the SwiftHost.vip website.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SwiftHost.vip cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, display, or otherwise make available through the Services. You agree not to use the Services to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable

Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party

Contains software viruses or any other code intended to harm software or hardware

Impersonates any person or entity, including employees or representatives of SwiftHost.vip

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
SwiftHost.vip reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms and terminate accounts associated with such content.

Immediate Suspension: Offending accounts are suspended without notice.

Termination: Continued violation leads to account termination without refund.

5. Uptime Guarantee
We offer a 99% uptime guarantee. If your server uptime falls below this in a calendar month, you may be eligible for credit. See our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for details.
6. Termination
SwiftHost.vip may suspend or terminate your Services at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or compromise the service quality for others.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwiftHost.vip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or service interruption.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our Services after changes implies your acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts to resolve any disputes.
